Pre Conditioning
Our cleaning detergents include enzymes, surfactants, citrus, oxygen crystallizers, and deodorizers all in one to assist in removing all non-permanent stains.
Mechanical Agitation
We use a special rotary tool with two brush heads that rotate hundreds of times per minute. To lift carpet fibers and loosen deeply embedded soils. This agitation offers spectacular results.
Extraction
This is the process of spraying hot water & a special fiber rinse into your carpet fibers, then extracting the dirty water, leaving your carpets freshly cleaned and properly ph balanced.
Applying Protector
We use Dupont advanced carpet protector with Teflon. This protector is found in 80% of newly installed carpet. It is important to re-apply every time you have your carpets cleaned.
Applying Deodorizer
Sometimes the application of a deodorizer or EPA Registered Carpet Sanitizer is necessary to get rid of maloders. This service is included with every carpet cleaning service.
Grooming
The final step is to brush and groom your carpet pile to enhance drying, to work the protector into the fiber and to remove machine marks.
